Divemaster

Year of Professional Certification: 2024

PADI Level: Divemaster

About Me: I've been a scuba diver for 23+ years, and am grateful to get to dive all over the world regularly for my job as a marine scientist. I first fell in love with coral reefs snorkeling in the USVI with my family, and the rest is history! I study the impact of climate change on coral reefs, and work regularly on the reefs in the Galapagos, Republic of Kiribati, and Republic of the Marshall Islands. After working as a scientific diver for many years, I was thrilled to become a PADI professional in 2024 and join the Dive Shop team. I enjoy helping in the pool and at Lake Pleasant!

Favorite Class:

Favorite Dive Destination: Impossible to choose! I'd have to say Ningaloo Reef, Western Australia as it was the most pristine reef I've seen in all my travels.

Favorite Marine Animal: Manta Ray

Favorite Dive Gear: Pneumatic drill 🙂
